10 Healthy food tips:

1) Eat regularly. I eat every 2 hours something. When you skipping meals can lead to a reduced power state of your body. You will get hungry later, so you’re more likely to get a snack. So take your breakfast, lunch and dinner and eat healthy snacks such as nuts, fruit, crackers, rice cakes etc.

2) Make your own food as much as possible! By creating meals you control the salt content and by cooking with fresh products include your meals generally much more useful nutrients.

3) Eat more gluten-free grains such as quinoa, buckwheat and amaranth. These products are becoming more popular!

4) Make your own herbal iced tea:
